Salary: £85,000 – £100,000 (depending of whether you oversee all or some elements of the present COO role)
Contract: 14 months (Maternity cover)

The COO has a critical role in ensuring we succeed in this work. You have a key leadership role in overseeing the overall health of the Fund in partnership with the Executive Director. The role oversees our finances, people management and – for the right candidate – would oversee much of our grant making and project management.

The Senior Evaluation Manager will play a key role in supporting the Head of Evaluation to lead elements of evaluation work. The post holder will also lead a team of Evaluation Managers, ensuring they have the support to deliver a portfolio of evaluation projects.

It’s critical to our mission that we understand how and why young people become involved in violence. The YEF’s work combines conducting rigorous evaluations and research studies with hearing directly from young people. It is also important to us that young people are central to the messages we share externally.
Your role involves ensuring that young people’s perspectives are heard and integrated into our work. This includes supporting our Youth Advisory Board (YAB) and helping young people’s voices play a central part in YEFs external communications.
This role also supports the wider team managing grants, contracts and providing general team support.
