Colleagues from across children’s services are invited to join a Virtual Learning Café run by the Youth Endowment Fund. This is part of our Evidence in Practice series, which sits alongside our Toolkit giving you opportunity to hear from policy experts and practitioners on relevant research and practice.
The session will focus on supporting children and young people affected by domestic abuse.

Natalia Coe, Senior Programme Manager, Foundations
Natalia is a Senior Programme Manager at Foundations, the What Works Centre for Children and Families. She has overseen a portfolio of Domestic Abuse programmes including; Fathers for Change (a US based 1:1 therapeutic perpetrator programme that has been adapted for delivery in the UK), Restart (a low-to-medium risk domestic abuse programme, taking a whole family approach to hold perpetrators accountable for change), and Breaking the Cycle (a counselling service offering 1:1 sessions to children who have been impacted by domestic abuse).
Wendy Pimblett, Implementation Relationship Manager, NSPCC
Wendy Pimblett has worked as an Implementation Manager for the NSPCC for the last three years. In this role Wendy supports and trains external partners to implement and deliver NSPCC programmes across the UK, including Domestic Abuse Recovering Together, DART. Prior to this Wendy worked for Childline and the Schools Service to support and safeguard children.
Emma Smith, Senior Evaluation Officer, NSPCC
Emma Smith has worked in the Research and Evaluation Team for the NSPCC for the past fifteen years. Previously she worked as a researcher for another national UK charity Young Voice. She has conducted and published research on a range of subjects such as domestic abuse, child neglect, bullying and the implementation of NSPCC interventions.
