Colleagues from all sectors are invited to join a virtual learning café run by the Youth Endowment Fund. This is part of our Evidence in Practice series, which sits alongside our Toolkit giving you opportunity to hear from policy experts and practitioners on relevant research and practice.

Join YEF’s Director of Public Affairs and Communications Ciaran Thapar for this Virtual Learning Café when he will introduce sociologist Professor Forrest Stuart. Dr Stuart will talk through his co-participatory research into urban poverty, violence, and resilience, including his award-winning 2021 book, Ballad of the Bullet: Gangs, Drill Music and the Power of Online Infamy.
