Yannick Buditu
Yannick Buditu is a Senior Change Manager at the Youth Endowment Fund, where he supports Education settings to reduce youth violence through evidence-informed practice. Prior to joining YEF, Yannick held a range of education leadership roles, including as a secondary school Head of Year leading pastoral support and safeguarding. He has also worked as a local authority lead supporting schools, trusts and alternative provisions to improve attendance, reduce exclusions and strengthen inclusive practice.
