On 10 October 2019 we announced the successful grantees from our first grant round, and the projects we’ll be evaluating. Full details about these projects can be downloaded from our grants page.

  1. Mental Health Foundation, in partnership with Park Campus Academy Pupil Referral Unit, London Nautical School, Saint Gabriel’s College, Black Thrive, Colourful Minds, Youth Guidance: Becoming a Man (BAM) (pending US ratification from BAM Licensee).
  2.   9. Lives Not Knives: LNK Educate.
  10. Empire Fighting Chance, in partnership with NAOS CIC: Creating New Futures Through Boxing.
  11. South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), in partnership with Birmingham Children’s Trust Community Interest Company and Forward Thinking Birmingham, Kirklees Council, Nottingham City Council and Sandwell Children’s Trust: Multisystemic Therapy – Exploitation (MST-E).
  12. The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust: Reducing risk factors associated with crime for Year 6-7 children.
  13. Family Psychology Mutual, in partnership with London Borough of Redbridge, Functional Family Therapy LLC (based in Seattle, USA): Functional Family Therapy for young people at risk of gang Involvement and exploitation (FFT-G).
  14. Achieving for Children, in partnership with St Mary’s University, Twickenham, Middlesex and Cambridge Education (on behalf of the London Borough of Barnet): Transition hub for children new to and on the edge of care.
  15. ASSIST Trauma Care: The Guiding Young Minds (GYM) Programme.
  16. Family Support: The Transition and Resilience Project. 
  17. RISE Mutual CIC: Child to Parent Violence (CPV).
  18. Brandon Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy for Young People: The Brandon Centre Systemic Integrative Treatment (BC-SIT).
  19. South Tyneside Council, in partnership with Wellbeing Challenge CIC: Thurston Family Resilience Project.
  20. Essex Boys and Girls Clubs, in partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester; Boys and Girls Clubs of South Yorkshire; Boys’ and Girls Clubs of Wales; Lancashire Association of Boys and Girls Clubs and Young Bristol: The Respect Project.
  21. St Christopher’s Fellowship, in partnership with London Borough of Barnet: Protective sibling mentoring and connecting service.
  22. London Borough of Lambeth, in partnership with Lambeth Metropolitan Police Service and Juvenis: Divert Youth.
