COVID-19 grantees
We've awarded a total of £6.4m to 129 organisations across England and Wales as part of our COVID-19 grant round.

The Youth Endowment Fund exists to find what works to prevent children and young people from being drawn into violent crime and build a movement that puts those approaches into practice.

As part of our work, at the beginning of May we opened our COVID-19 grant round.

We had two aims. Firstly, to provide targeted support to young people at-risk of being drawn into violent crime. Secondly, to learn fast about the best ways to reach vulnerable young people during a period of social distancing.

Through our COVID-19 grant round we awarded a total of £6.4m to 129 organisations across England and Wales. The funding will support the delivery of new programmes and activities, including online and virtual programmes, targeted work in schools and detached youth work.
